Hi there, I'm Irina
Before starting Buckled Up, I spent over 20 years working in marketing teams and creative agencies across FMCG and retail. I’ve been on the brand side, worked closely with Sales and Commercial teams, and understand the pressures that come with NPD launches, range reviews and limited distribution.
Buckled Up was created to help brands make practical, commercially-sound decisions with onsite Retail Media, not just run campaigns for the sake of it. The focus is on understanding what will actually move the needle for your brand, given where you’re ranged, how shoppers behave online and what the business needs next.
Today, I work hands-on with brands across NPD launches, Always On strategies, test and learn activity, and upskilling teams.
